Next Meeting

I talked with Mrs. Wall and we decided that the next meeting will be on the 1st of March (this coming Friday). Possible topics for discussion are where we want to go for next year and a decision on which companies we want to approach for funding. Jenn and I drafted a sponsorship letter back in December (wow, has it really been that long?!) so we do not have to worry about that aspect of requesting sponsorship. I will print out copies for everyone by Friday so we can all review how we are going to approach companies and how much we want to request. The next meeting will be in the usual place, usual time (2:30 PM, Room C 205b for new members).

Small Update

There has been a lot of discussion (via email) about our next meeting and where we are planning to go for our next MUN conference. The earliest time for any possible trips overseas would probably be sometime around January of next year. There has been a sizeable amount of interest in the Hague conference. Personally I have not been there; however several of my MUN associates in England gave it high recommendations. I think it would be a very interesting and compelling goal to work towards. I have also recieved word that we have a new member! Welcome to the McCullough MUN! Several people in my history class have also expressed interest in joining as well. Sandy also informed me that she was writing an article about our club for the school newspaper, The Tartan.
